要約(日本語): The electric vehicle (EV) is widely believed to be the optimum solution for urban mobility as it emits no exhaust fumes. This paper presents an electric bus (Ebus) with independent rear dual-motor drive system. Two induction motors with the direct torque control (DTC) method were used in the rear wheels. Ackermann-Jeantand steering model was utilised for the electronic differential system (EDS). The proposed model was simulated using Matlab/Simulink. Simulations were carried out on straight and curved roads. Simulation results show that the proposed vehicle model operates satisfactorily.
