要約(英語): The cross-cultural understanding required for Japanese scientists and engineers who develop with them from foreign countries through the experience of international practical training in Thailand, which is attracting attention as an overseas industrial production base　is reported. First, the importance of non-verbal communication from the viewpoint of interpersonal problems understood from the interview in the factory in Thailand is described. and then, the actual condition of engineer education in Thailand from the viewpoint of the comparison of the education curriculum between Japan and Thailand is indicated.
