要約(日本語): Attracted by the outstanding performance of olfactory receptor (OR), the cells expressing ORs are widely applied for odorant detection. The cells should be kept in aqueous environment, however, most of the odorant molecules are hydrophobic thus can’t penetrate through thick liquid layer. Therefore, researchers need to make a balance between longer experiment time and better detection result. In this paper, we raised up with a feedback control structure composed of impedance measurement circuit, microcontroller board and electroosmotic pump. It can preserve the liquid thickness, hence extends the experiment duration.
