要約(日本語): 近年の手術創管理では合成皮膚接着剤を用いた皮膚閉鎖法が使用されている。今回A社の製品を使用した場合の危険因子と皮膚障害発生との関係について検討した。北里大学病院で初回人工股関節置換術を行った13例を対象とした。術後3ヵ月が経過するまでに皮膚障害が確認された数は13例中4例（31%）だった。高血圧症との関連性を確認することができたが、その他の因子については関連性を確認できなかった。

要約(英語): In recent years, skin closure methods using synthetic skin adhesives have been used in surgical wound management. In this study, we investigated the relationship between risk factors and the occurrence of skin disorders when using Company A's products. The subjects were 13 patients who underwent the first total hip arthroplasty at Kitasato University Hospital. By 3 months after surgery, skin disorders were confirmed in 4 of 13 patients (31%). We were able to confirm the association with hypertension, but not with other factors.
