要約(日本語): 中島ら（2009）の追試研究として新たに実験を考案し，食品画像を見た際の「食べたい」感情に惹起される事象関連電位（ERP）を測定し，食べたい度合いがERPの面積で定量化可能か検証した。5人の被験者に対して脳波測定実験を行った結果，Fp1，Fp2，O1，O2において食品画像提後650ms前後に陽性変位が観測され，「食べたくない」刺激が「食べたい」刺激よりもERPの面積が大きくなる傾向が示された。

要約(英語): In this study, we proposed a new experiment to measure event-related potentials (ERPs) evoked by desire to eat when watching food images as a replication study of Nakajima et al 2009 and verified whether the degree of the desire can be quantified by area measure of ERPs. In results of experiments on five subjects, a positivity around 650ms after the food image was presented was observed on Fp1, Fp2, O1, and O2 in four of the five subjects. Area measure of the ERPs tended to be larger in watching food image evoking feeling of “don't want to eat” than one of “want to eat”.
