要約(英語): In recent years, there have been cases where Virtual Power Plant resources are traded in overseas ancillary service markets. The authors have researched rules of ancillary service markets from the view of VPP participation in PJM in the US, Germany, and UK. But there are many cases in which the system has changed significantly, especially in the last few years. And that change has the potential to further expand registration resources. In this paper, we report on the background of the rule change and how the prices of ancillary service markets changed as a result.
