要約(日本語): 自治体が出資、関与する地域電力会社が設立されるなど地産地消の分散型エネルギーシステムを目指した取組みが国内各地域に拡大している。今後、持続可能な取り組みとして発展していくための示唆を得るため、地域分散型エネルギーコミュニティの現状を分析し、成熟度のガイドラインを示すマチュリティモデルを開発することが目的である。今回、マチュリティモデル及び当該コミュニティに関する分析の現状及び課題について報告する。

要約(英語): Local distributed energy communities that aim for the local production of energy for local consumption are gaining momentum and local power companies that are either funded by or associated with municipalities are established in various parts of Japan. The objective of this study is to analyze the current state of these communities and develop a maturity model that serves as a guideline for their maturity, in order to find clues on how sustainable they may develop moving forward. This paper covers the current state of analysis related to these communities and the maturity model, as well as issues being faced.
