要約(日本語): 背景として手書きは必要であるが苦手であると考える人が多いことが挙げられる．また，タブレットにタッチペンなどで書き込んだ文字を評価・支援するツールはあるが，実際にペンで紙上に書くこととは感覚が異なるという問題がある．そのため，画像処理によって紙に書かれた文字を評価・支援するシステムが必要であると考えた．本研究では携帯端末で撮影した手書き文字に対して，手書き文字の評価・支援を行うシステムの開発を行う．

要約(英語): As a background, many people think that handwriting is necessary but they are not good at it. In addition, although there are tools to evaluate and support writing on a tablet with a stylus, there is a problem that the sensation is different from actually writing on paper with a pen. Therefore, we thought that a system to evaluate and support writing on paper by image processing is necessary. In this study, we develop a system that evaluates and supports handwritten characters captured by a mobile terminal.
