要約(英語): HVAC controls based on occupancy information have been studied for 10 years and various methods have been proposed. This paper categorizes these methods into two types: occupancy-reactive and occupancy-predictive controls. In particular, this paper reviews issues on the occupancy-reactive controls and shows the future research direction of these controls.
