要約(英語): IEC 61850 specifies state machines that define the manners of state transitions of IED and Proxy/Gateway in response to control commands from clients. However, the state machine for Proxy/Gateway includes some problems, for example, it does not define PerformTest that is a state necessary for Japanese utilities to check control right, exclusive selection of equipment, and so on. This paper proposes a modified state machine for selection before operation (SBO) control including PerformTests. Moreover, it reports the current activity progress to reflect the modified state machine in IEC 61850.
