要約(日本語): 電力需要家向けの給電電話は、停電時でも使用できることが法令により定められている。現行ではメタル回線が使用されているが、これを光ファイバ伝送化するためには、停電時でも電話を使用可能とするための方策が必要である。本稿では、この課題を解決するための方式を提案する。提案方式では、需要家の光電話コンバータを蓄電池で動作させる。蓄電池の消耗を最低限にするため、電話を使用する時のみ電源が入るようにリレーを制御する。このリレー制御は、給電所から遠隔で自動制御される。この自動制御システムを試作し、その動作を実証したので、その結果を報告する。

要約(英語): It is required for telephone at power customer that it can be used when there is no power supply to customer. Previously, metal line has been used for it. However, if it is replaced to optical fiber transmission, a new method is necessary enables us the telephone can be used without power supply. In this paper, the author proposes the method to solve the issue. On the method, a optical telephone converter at customer is driven by a battery. Power supply from battery is switched by a relay that the telephone converter becomes active only when it will be used. The relay is remotely and automatically controlled by the system at power supply site. The author built up the telephone control system, and it was successfully demonstrated.
