要約(日本語): 太陽光発電の出力予測における大外し予見のために、アンサンブル予測のうち物理スキームの組み合わせを様々に変化させるパラメータアンサンブルに着目し、数値気象予報モデルであるWRFを使用して、下層雲量等の各種気象要素予測値のばらつきを用いて日射量予測大外しの予見を試みた。予測大外しの予見精度は、Receiver Operating Characteristics Curve (ROC曲線)及びArea Under the Curve (AUC)を用いて評価した。

要約(英語): This study develops a model to predict large forecast error of solar irradiance by the variation of forecasted values of weather elements such as Low-level cloud cover in different combination of physical schemes by using Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF) which is one of the numerical weather prediction (NWP) models. The performance of the large forecast error prediction is evaluated at Nagoya, Shizuoka, Nagano, and Toyama by using Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) curves and calculating Area Under Curves (AUC).
