要約(日本語): 送配電工学の講義内容は前提条件として，電気回路，電気磁気学などの基礎科目を理解していることが必須である。そこで，本研究では，まず著者らが所属する学科の「送配電工学」にて使用されている教科書の第9章「過電圧と絶縁協調」について，サージ電圧波形のアニメーション表示などの教材を開発し，同時に演習問題も作成した。これらの教材に対するアンケートを行い，その教育効果について検証を行ったので報告する。

要約(英語): As a condition for understanding the lecture of electric power distribution, it is essential to be able to apply fundamental subjects such as electric circuits and electromagnetism. In this study, we first developed teaching materials such as animation display of surge voltage waveform for Chapter 9 "Overvoltage and Insulation" of the textbook used in our department. We conducted a questionnaire survey on these teaching materials and verified their educational effects.
