要約(英語): In 2017, it became mandatory for universities in Japan to disclose their policies in degree granting (Diploma Policy: DP, hereafter) that state standards to confer degrees. Meanwhile, nomenclature of major fields that appear in diplomas has been the responsibility of individual universities since 1991, which used to be the national regulation. In this study, we improve the judgment-support system of consistency between diploma policies and names of major fields in academic degrees. We show that a more　accurate support system can be constructed by uplifting the probability of finding DPs whose name of major field in academic degree are difficult to recall.
