要約(日本語): 近年、地球温暖化により白蟻の生息地域が拡大傾向にあるが、当社管内においても幅広い地域で確認されている。地中送電ケーブルにおいては、過去に白蟻の食害による漏油災害も発生しており対策が必須となっているが、現工法では、高いコストや短い防蟻剤の持続効果など課題も多い。そこで、ケーブル入線孔に利用できるとともに、安価かつ３０年という長期的に防蟻効果が持続する新たな防蟻剤および工法を開発した。
