要約(英語): The CIGRE WG C4.55 (EMC related very-fast transients in gas-insulated substations ― EMC interferences, measured characteristics, modelling and simulations) started in May 2019 (approved in April 2019), and will be terminated by march 2022. The number of the WG members is more than 25. 1. There are a number of troubles and failures of control systems and circuits in power stations, substations and customers due to lightning and switching surges. Some of the failures of the control systems resulted in power system operation troubles including black-out, and customers’ damages in distribution systems including mal-functions of home appliances. More troubles are expected in near future, because the power systems are integrated year by year together with high level integration of power electronics based technologies. Therefore, the target of the WG are: (1) World-wide survey of troubles failures and damages in control systems / circuits. (2) Developing methods to predict surges in a control system. (3) Simulation of surges in control systems. (4) Investigations of EMC-related IEC standards, and proposal to renew the standards.
