要約(日本語): 現在の鉄道では，列車運行に用いられる情報に対して業務系統別にネットワークが構築されている。そこで筆者らは，業務系統間で情報を共有するための統合ネットワークと通信プロトコルをこれまでに提案している。本稿では，提案した通信プロトコルのうち，伝送媒体の状態把握機能と選択機能の詳細仕様を策定し，これを実装したルータを用いて，実際に走行する車両と地上間の通信試験により提案機能の有効性を検証したので報告する。

要約(英語): In the current railway system, the information which is used for train operation is organized in networks according to each work system. Therefore, we have proposed an integrated network and its communication protocol for sharing information among railway systems. In this paper, we present the details of the proposed communication protocol, including the functions of transmission medium status monitoring and selection. In addition, we report the effectiveness of the proposed functions which is verified by conduction communication tests between running train and the ground using a prototype router that implements the protocol.
