In addition, with changes in the social environment such as the sophistication of urban functions, the concentration of population, and population decline, the form of risk events has become more complicated. In the risk management method to respond to such a wide variety of complex risks, we focus on risk assessment and propose methods that contribute to the improvement of management accuracy and level.
