要約(日本語): 本稿の目的は、日本の電子部品産業の競争力の源泉となる産業及び企業構造、実際の企業行動や競争力の源泉となる組織能力の考察を行うことにある。その強みのコア部分は、基本的には製造と、日々の地道なルーティンを通じて培った技術や技能の漸進的な進化にある。それらは一見すると、様々な事業環境の変化への対応に不可欠なダイナミックな組織能力が見出しにくい。本稿では日本の電子部品企業の様々な組織能力の考察を行いたい。

要約(英語): The purpose of this paper is to examine the industrial and corporate structure of the Japanese electronic parts companies as a source of its competitiveness, as well as its actual corporate behavior and organizational capabilities as a source of competitiveness. The core of its strength basically lies in manufacturing and the gradual evolution of technologies and skills developed through steady daily routines. At first glance, it is difficult to find the dynamic capabilities that are essential for them to respond to various changes in the business environment. In this paper, we would like to examine the various organizational capabilities of Japanese electronic parts companies.
