要約(英語): This paper proposes a new air-core type induction heating (IH) coil for cooktop. The widely used IH-coil has a structure in which a Litz wire wound in an annular shape and several ferrite bars are arranged on the bottom surface thereof. And the inverter for driving the IH-coil is arranged under IH-coil via the aluminum plate for magnetic shielding. On the other hand, this research proposes a technique to realize an air-core concentric winding IH-coil that does not require ferrite bars and aluminum plates for magnetic shielding. First, the theory of the Halbach effect by the annular multilayer multiplex current line paths will be explained. Next, the prototype and the evaluation environment will be clarified. Then, the results of demonstrating the principle and evaluating the IH performance by induction heating experiments will be reported.
