要約(日本語): 本稿では，工業高校生へのアンケート調査の結果を基に生徒が求めている教員の姿を導出する．アンケートは自由記述形式であり，授業，学校活動，生徒対応，進路指導など，の4つの視点から問う．回答結果は言語処理解析ソフトウェアKHCoderを用いて定性分析を行う．その結果，生徒たちは，①分かりやすい授業が出来る教員，②生徒たちの話をしっかりと聞いてくれる教員，③生徒に寄り添って適切なアドバイスをしてくれる教員，を求めていることが確認できた．

要約(英語): In this paper, we show what kind of person students need as teachers based on the results of a questionnaire survey of technical high school students. The questionnaire is in a free-form format and asks questions from four perspectives: class, school activities, student support, and career guidance. The answer results are qualitatively analyzed using the language processing analysis software, KHCoder. As a result, it was confirmed that the students require the following: (1) teachers who can teach in a straightforward manner, (2) teachers who listen to the students' stories, and (3) teachers who are close to the students and give appropriate advice.
