要約(日本語): 年金積立金管理運用独立行政法人(GPIF)は、毎年、企業が発行する優良な統合報告書を「優れた統合報告書」として表彰している。一方で、GPIFは優良な統合報告書に値する明確な選定基準を開示しておらず、選定基準がブラックボックス化されているのが現状である。本研究では、選定された優良な統合報告書と、選定外の統合報告書の記述内容を定量手法に基づき比較する事により、優良な統合報告書の特徴に関する一考察を行う。

要約(英語): The Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF) commends excellent integrated reports issued by companies as "excellent integrated reports" every year. On the other hand, GPIF does not disclose clear selection criteria that deserve a good integrated report. Therefore, the selection criteria are currently black-box. This research will consider the characteristics of the excellent integrated report by comparing the description contents of the selected excellent integrated report and the non-selected integrated report based on the quantitative method.
