要約(英語): In this paper, we discuss the performance of QUIC, which is being developed by Google as the latest communication protocol. The QUIC is a communication protocol used in HTTP/3, which improves on the shortcomings of HTTP/2 and uses UDP. As an evaluation method, we built HTTP/2 and HTTP/3 environments using nginx, performed QUIC and TCP communication under different conditions, and analyzed loading time, delay time, and packets using Firefox development tools and Wireshark.
