要約(日本語): This paper proposes a higher resolution angle estimation technique by introducing an antenna element space pseudo peak suppression method. An antenna element space canceling technique has been introduced to suppress a pseudo peak that appears in a spatial spectrum for two angularly close incident waves. This method is referred to as an antenna element space pseudo-peak suppression (APPS) method in this paper. The proposed APPS will be experimentally validated using a typical single-chip radar evaluation board with a 3 Tx and 4 Rx MIMO architecture. The experimental results confirmed that the proposed APPS successfully resolved ground-placed targets.
