要約(日本語): 鉄道の列車ダイヤは、乗客の輸送需要をもとにした輸送力や線路配線から決定されるものである。同一の路線でもいろいろなダイヤが存在し得て、これらを定量的に比較する必要がある。特に輸送障害発生時に複数の運転整理案が存在する場合、その良否を比較して最適な整理案を採用するために、列車ダイヤの定量的な評価手法が必要となる。_x000D_ このようなことから本論文では、列車ダイヤを乗客の立場から見た利便性、線路配線から見た単純性、運用時の余裕から見た頑健性、の３つの観点から列車ダイヤを評価する手法を提案する。利便性は損失時間により、単純性は転てつ器の転換回数から、頑健性は最小運転時隔と編成数から算出する。_x000D_ 提案する評価手法をいくつかの列車ダイヤに適用し、評価値が列車ダイヤの特性を適切に表していることを示す。

要約(英語): Train timetable schedule is determined transport capacity and track layout based on passengers demand. For same railway line, there are many the timetable schedules, the timetables are needed quantity comparison. Especially, a traffic accident happens, there are some rescheduling plan, to adopt optimal the rescheduling plan, the train timetables are need quantity evaluation method._x000D_ Therefore, in this paper, we propose train timetable evaluation method from three point of view, conveniency from passenger, simplicity from track layout and robustness from operation margin._x000D_ Conveniency is calculated from time loss, simplicity is calculated from turning number of switches and robustness is calculated from train interval time at stations and vehicle number._x000D_ We apply proposed method for some train timetables, and we show that evaluation values express appropriately characteristic of the timetables.
