要約(日本語): 踏切等において列車の運行に支障を与える事態が発生した場合に，その異常を運転士に伝える手段として特殊信号発光機がある。特殊信号発光機は，発光信号を運転士が目視で視認することによって安全を確保しており，多くの事業者においてATSとは連動していない。そこで、運転士に対する支援技術の需要が高まっている。本稿では，回転形の特殊信号発光機について，車載カメラを用いて発光を検知する手法を検討したので報告する。

要約(英語): An obstruction warning signal informs the driver of the abnormality when a situation that interferes with the train operation occurs at a railroad crossing or the like. The obstruction warning signal ensures safety by visually recognizing the light emission signal by the driver and is not linked with ATS in many businesses. Therefore, the demand for assistive technology for drivers is increasing.In this paper, we report on a method for detecting light emission using an in-vehicle camera for obstruction warning signals of rotating type.
