要約(英語): The maintenance worker scheduling, which is a daily schedule for each cleaning worker group to perform inspection and maintenance work such as cleaning of rolling stock during the turnaround operation of superior trains at terminal stations, is required to be created for each day because it varies from day to day according to changes in the daily train timetables and rolling stock operation. In this paper, we propose a new method for automatic creation of maintenance worker schedules by a tabu search, including a new modeling, a generation method of an initial solution, and a generation method of neighborhood solution. The results indicate that the proposed method can generate an appropriate solution and can improve the objective function value by about 28.8% from the initial solution.
