要約(日本語): ブラックアウト（全系統停電）発生時の系統復旧における逓昇加圧過程では、系統容量が小さいことから既設の保護装置では系統事故発生時に正常な動作ができない可能性がある。そこで弊社は汎用保護ユニット（IED）の数値演算機能で実現した単相電圧抑制付過電流保護機能を備え、機能不良時には正常な待機系側に手動切替（スイッチオーバー）可能なメイン－メイン方式のブラックスタート用臨時系統保護装置を開発したため報告する。

要約(英語): In the process of Generator voltage building-up in a power system restoration when a blackout occurs, there is a possibility that the existing protection relay cannot operate normally in the event of an electrical system fault because the power system capacity is small. Therefore, we have developed temporary protection relay for black-start power system with the dual main units that has voltage-dependent overcurrent protection realized by numerical calculation function of IED and enable switchover to the normal standby unit side in the event of a malfunction.
