要約(英語): We consider the use of a local reserve market to solve the procurement shortage, which is a challenge for the Japanese balancing market. Therefore, we consider a hypothetical local reserve market and clarify the impacts of changes in market participants' decisions due to the market structure on the reliable operation of the electricity systems. In this paper, we study the reserve procurement problem caused by the decision-making of the reserve providers, who are the seller of the market for a 48-slot trading scenario with different market prices.
