要約(英語): The Flexible Market was established to efficiently procure the balancing power that can adjust supply and demand in line with the realization of a decarbonized society. The market consists of a market for ?kW of regulating power and a market for kWh of regulating power. There have been many discussions on the ?kW market. However, many studies have expressed the ?kW of adjustment power as the difference between the maximum output of the genera- tor generating electricity and the amount of electricity generated in kWh, which is not included in the optimization target. In this study, we will clarify how the consideration of the tertiary control reserve and the ?kW market affects the day-of-operation. For this purpose, we propose a method that simultaneously considers the kWh value in the spot market and the ?kW value in the ?kW market in the day-ahead market.
