要約(日本語): 太陽光発電や風力発電の連系量増加により需給不平衡の増大と、火力電源の減少による需給調整力の低下が懸念されている。その対策として需要家が所有するエアコン等のエネルギー貯蔵機能を有する負荷機器を使用したデマンドレスポンスがある。本稿では、そのような負荷機器が低圧需要家にどの程度存在し、調整力として利用可能であるのかを、仙台市内の約150世帯から回収したアンケート調査の結果に基づいて報告する。

要約(英語): Increasing renewable energy sources such as PVs and wind power is concern for energy imbalance between supply and demand and shortage of reserves caused by decreasing thermal power plants. One of the countermeasures is the demand response using low voltage consumers’ equipment with an energy storage function such as air conditioners. This paper reports how much the potential of reserves with low voltage consumers exists based on the survey on low voltage consumers’ equipment for the responses from about 150 households in Sendai.
