要約(英語): With regard to output curtailment carried out for renewable energy sources (RES) when excessive generation from RES causes an oversupply in the entire power system, the authors have previously developed a method to fairly determine the output upper limit for wind farms. However, we have not proposed how to use the actual output data. In this paper, an output limit determination method using the actual output data is proposed. Simulations reveal that the proposed method can suppress the increase of uncompensated curtailment time and the effect of prediction accuracy compared to the conventional method.
