要約(日本語): 日本の医療費の対国民所得比率が年々増加している．そのため，病院は，提供する医療サービスに資源の最適配分を行い，医業費が効率的に運用されているか吟味する必要がある．我々の目的は，実証分析により医業費の費用最小化を満たす病院費用構造を把握することである。初めに，「病院経営比較表(総務省)」に掲載されている全国673病院のデータを利用し，人件費，材料費，そして患者数からなる費用最小化関数モデルを検討した．

要約(英語): In Japan, the ratio of medical care expenditure to national income is increasing every year. Therefore, hospitals need to optimally allocate resources to the medical services they provide and examine whether their medical costs are being managed efficiently. Our objective is to understand the hospital cost structure that satisfies cost minimization of medical expenses through empirical analysis. As the first step in our project, we examined a cost minimization structure model consisting of personnel expenses, material expenses, and the number of patients, using data from 673 hospitals across the country as published in the "Hospital Management Comparison Chart”.
