要約(日本語): 産学官連携により開発した独自の分解組立型電気自動車教材を活用し，生産現場で必要とされる生産技術を含む教育システムを構築した。本教育システムを各種人材育成事業として展開し，岩手県内を中心に高等学校や高等専門学校などで実践してきている。本研究では，本教育システムを活用したアクティブラーニングによるものづくり実習の実践内容とアンケート評価により，高い教育的効果が得られたことを述べる。

要約(英語): Through industry-academia-government collaboration, we have developed original teaching materials for electric vehicle that can be disassembled and assembled. Utilizing the teaching materials, we built the education system that includes the manufacturing engineering required at the production site. We have been developing this system as a human resources development project. In addition, it has been practiced at high schools and KOSEN, mainly in Iwate prefecture. In this study, we describe that a high educational effect was obtained from the practical contents of "monodzukuri" by active learning and questionnaire evaluation.
