要約(英語): The number of tourists in Okinawa has grown along the exponential curve over the past 50 years, but if you look closely, there is evidence that the stagnation and growth have become a set, and that the number of tourists has increased over the course of a decade. In this paper, I drew a correlogram and found that there was a 10-year cycle. Based on the observations made by the authors during this period, the ten-year cycle is analyzed in detail, and a hypothesis that the government's and prefecture's repeated decade-long development plans and target setting for the number of tourists may have worked well.
