Failure to communicate may hinder the instructor's ability to pro-vide appropriate instructions, leading to a ecline in the learner's understanding and motivation to learn._x000D_ To clarify the effectiveness of reading aloud while learning programming languages for college students majoring in informatics, this paper reports on the creation of a programming learning system using reading aloud as the first step in the learning process.
