要約(日本語): 従業員の安全意識を向上させるための情報システムの設計と試作について報告する。近年の感染症の流行に伴いリモートワークの普及が急速に進んでおり，従業員の安全衛生環境の管理が難しくなっている。そこで報酬付き社内SNSを活用し，従業員の安全衛生意識を向上させるシステムを設計した。既存のSNSシステムを拡張して事前検証システムを構築し2ヶ月間のトライアルを実施したところ，アンケートによる評価を介して従業員の安全意識の有意な向上が確認された。

要約(英語): This paper reports on the design and prototype of an information system to improve employee safety awareness. With the recent outbreak of infectious diseases, remote working has applied widely and rapidly. It makes difficult to manage the health and safety environment for company employees at work. We have designed a system to raise employees' awareness of health and safety by using an internal SNS with rewards, and conducted a two-month trial. Through evaluation by user questionnaires, significant improvements in safety awareness have been observed.
