要約(英語): In the steel pipe galvanizing plant, the sorting of products after inspection was carried out manually at the off-line position, not on the continuous production line. This time, the system which automates on-line for the purpose of the work efficiency improvement was constructed. In the introduction of the system, a method for linking human inspection results to the system and a method for discriminating and sorting linked information are examined as technical subjects, and the results of efforts made toward the introduction of the system by verifying RFID and Color sensors are reported.
