要約(英語): In the electric power sector, expanding the creation of flexibility by aggregating DSRs is beginning to be expected in order to respond to carbon neutrality. The standardization of systems for aggregating DERs is progressing on IEC 61850 series, and its utilization to aggregating DSRs system is expected. This paper describes how the IEC 61850 information model can be used to represent DSRs, and proposes an idea of method for applying the IEC 61850 information model to a DSRs aggregation system.
