要約(日本語): 一般に，災難に遭遇したとき，無自覚に周りの人と同じような行動を取ってしまうような現象は心理学において「同調現象」と呼ばれ，逃げ遅れの大きな要因となっている．我々の従来研究では，人間がロボットの感情表現にも同調することを利用し，ロボットの感情表現を制御することにより，群衆の感情レベルを制御する枠組みを提案した．本研究では避難者の個体差を考えながら，シミュレーションを用いてシステムの有用性を検証する．

要約(英語): In general, when we face a disaster, we take the same actions as surroundings. This psychological phenomenon is called " Majority synching bias ", and is major cause of delaying escape. In our previous works, we proposed a control system of emotional level of crowd using robots which express emotional behavior. In this research, we conduct simulations using various synching models including individual differences, and demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control system.
