要約(日本語): SCADAシステムにおけるオンライン情報の取り扱いは、電力系統の運用に大きな影響を与えるため、困難とされてきた。本稿では、ミラーポートを用いて、電力系統の運用に影響を与えることなく、ユーザがオンライン情報を取得し、その情報を利用するアプリケーションを迅速かつ自由に独自に開発できる環境を構築する方法を提案する。

要約(英語): Handling online information in SCADA system has been considered difficult because of its significant impact on power system operations.In fact, even highly skilled system manufacturers spent a great deal of time developing functions in their system. As a result, the development of SCADA system functions has been very costly and time-consuming for electric power companies.This paper propose the method using a mirror port to create an environment in which users can obtain online information and develop applications that use the information quickly and freely on their own, without affecting the power system operations.
