要約(英語): One of the issues for the introduction of IEC 61850, an international standard for improving the interoperability of protection and control equipment, is the implementation of self-monitoring features. When the IEC 61850 process bus is introduced, the self-monitoring features must be retrofitted for the change of equipment and system architecture. This paper proposes self-monitoring features and its monitoring methods required for the system when a process bus is introduced.
