要約(英語): While IT education is being strengthened based on the national background, young people's communication skills are reportedly in decline . The background to this phenomenon is the rapid development of informatization through the diversification and spread of information tools and the use of non-verbal communication, such as including pictograms in social networking services (SNS)._x000D_ In this paper, we report on the development and implementation of learning materials designed to enhance the verbal communication skills of students in the Informatics program of Kanagawa Institute of Technology.
