要約(日本語): 日本で洋上風力発電の導入拡大が進む一方、国際連系線については具体的な計画が未だない。本研究では、日本と韓国が洋上風力発電所を共同で所有すると計画し、洋上風力発電所の価値と送電線の空き容量を国際連系線として活用する際の価値の評価を行った。その結果、洋上風力発電所の運用についてNPV がプラスになると共に、送電線の空き容量の拡大や活用開始時期によっては、国際連系線としてもNPV がプラスになることが判明した。

要約(英語): The introduction of offshore wind power generation will expand, on the other hand, there are no concrete plans yet in Japan. In this paper, assuming that Japan and South Korea companies jointly own an offshore wind farm, We evaluate the value of the offshore wind farm itself and the value when utilizing the available capacity of the transmission line as interconnector. As a result, We find that NPV is positive as an offshore wind power plant and as interconnector depending on the generation forecast of wind power plant and the timing to start of utilization on this available capacity.
