要約(日本語): 我が国の小売電気事業者は各時刻の供給電力量の計画値を事前に提示しなければならず，その後生じた消費電力量の実績値との差分にはペナルティが課せられる。本稿では，小売電気事業者による需給インバランスの回避を目的とした分散型エネルギー・リソース制御のパラメータを理論的に設定する方法を提案する。また，数値計算を通して提案手法の妥当性を検証した結果を報告する。

要約(英語): To maintain the power supply-demand balance, retail power suppliers need to accurately forecast power consumption and procure electricity of power accordingly in advance. In the event of an imbalance between power supply and demand, the retail power suppliers have to pay an extra payment, which is the imbalance penalty, to eliminate the excess or shortage of power supply. Therefore, it is crucial for the retail power suppliers to take countermeasures against the power imbalance, such as controlling distributed energy resources. This paper presents a theoretical method that determines parameters for controlling the distributed energy resources in terms of preventing the imbalance between power supply and demand. Through numerical simulations and discussions on their results, the validity of the authors’ proposal is verified.
