要約(英語): Flexibility provided by DER is expected to solve the issues of power system operations such as congestion and voltage control. To utilize the flexibility requires a platform on which DSOs, aggregators, and other stakeholders exchange data. Common information models specified by international standards facilitate the ease of connectivity and expandability for the platform. This paper shows mappings between functions of the platform and information models and results of analy-sis indicating which part should be expanded as an international standard or design for each project.
