要約(英語): In this presentation, we will discuss the difference between the simulation results and the evaluation results of the prototype LSIs evaluated using RFA at the internship. The main difference is the GB product. The cause of this difference was found to be an issue at the design stage. In addition, discussions during the internship clarified various points for improvement and differences between research and products.
