要約(日本語): 本稿では、保護者アンケート調査の回答結果を基に、専門高校において「先生」と呼ばれる教職員に必要な要素を考察する。結果として、保護者は第一に「分かりやすい授業」、第二に「生徒に平等に寄り添うこと」が先生に必要と考えていることが導出できた。また、地域の人口密度と教職免許についての考え方に関連性があることが確認された。

要約(英語): In this paper, based on the results of a parental questionnaire survey, we consider the necessary elements for people called "teachers" in specialized high schools. As a result, we were able to derive that parents think it is necessary for "teacher" to firstly "learn easy to understand" and secondly to "get close to students equally". In addition, it was confirmed that there is a relationship between the population density of the region and the way of thinking about teaching licenses.
