要約(日本語): 競争環境下では、複数の発電事業者が作成した日間需給計画を、市場を通して系統運用者が集約し、需給制約・系統制約に違反がないかを確認する。違反が判明しても現在の市場制度では、運用当日までに計画を修正することが難しい場合もある。市場前に需給計画を推定することが出来れば、違反の起こりうる計画には制限をかけることができる。そこで、本研究では市場を考慮した系統全体の需給計画を推定する手法を提案する。

要約(英語): In recent years, more and more electricity generation and retail companies have purchased and sold the electricity through the electricity markets. The power system operator must cheche the security of the supply-demand schedule of the entire power system. It is necessary to estimate the schedule determined by many of generation and retail companies. In this paper, we propose a method to estimate the supply-demand schedule by forecasting the generator unit commitments determined by the power generation companies considering the Japanese spot and balancing markets.
