要約(日本語): We report a wireless superoxide anion sensing system that allows specific measurement of superoxide anion, which is a kind of purine metabolite. The superoxide anion sensing system contains a differential superoxide anion sensor and a dual-potentiostat. The differential superoxide anion sensor was fabricated by modifying a screen-printed carbon electrode, which contained Prussian blue, with superoxide dismutase. With the purpose of personal use in mind, a miniaturized wireless dual-potentiostat was developed. This sensing system was tested under the superoxide anion produced in the reaction of xanthine and xanthine oxidase. As a result, response to xanthine concentration was confirmed. The characteristics of the superoxide anion sensing system were nearly identical to those obtained using a commercial potentiostat (r=0.943). These suggested that the system was working properly, and that the measurement of superoxide anions was a possibility.
